Refund policy
At The Coven, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or custom-made items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
- We are happy to exchange items of equal value, subject to availability.
- Exchanges follow the same return conditions listed above.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
