Refund policy

At The Coven, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or custom-made items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges follow the same return conditions listed above.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
