Our Palmistry Guide Book Candle is a substantial sculptural candle featuring intricate raised palmistry-inspired detailing across the front, including the palm, stars, moon and vintage-style wording.

At approx. 900g, this is one of our larger statement candles and works beautifully as a decorative piece before it is ever lit.

Choose your colour and fragrance. Select from our curated colour combinations and online fragrance collection, or choose Custom Colour if you have something different in mind.

Each candle is individually hand-poured at The Coven Bx in Bathurst and requires a minimum of 48 hours to make and set due to its size and weight.

Please note: Multicolour finishes are hand-poured and hand-blended, so no two candles will look exactly the same. Colours may also vary slightly from the images shown due to screen display.

BURN BEAUTIFULLY

Candle Care

Before Your First Burn

For best results, allow your candle to cure for several days after pouring before its first burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, usually 3–4 hours. This helps reduce tunnelling and creates a more even burn.

Wick Care

Trim your wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn. Remove any mushrooming or loose wick debris before relighting to help keep the flame clean and controlled.

Burn Safely

Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, high-traffic areas and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended and always keep it out of reach of children and pets. Allow the candle to cool completely before moving or relighting.

When To Stop & Reuse

Stop burning your candle when approximately 10 mm of wax remains to help prevent the vessel from overheating or cracking. Once completely cool, the vessel can be washed with warm soapy water and reused or repurposed.
